At Mark’s Carts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted for brand-new, unused items in their original condition and packaging. Returns must be initiated within 90 days from the date of purchase.
2. Process for Returning Items
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@markcarts.com. You will be provided with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to return the item.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days once we receive the returned item and verify its condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be eligible for return or refund. Custom-made or special-order products are also non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake made by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
